In order to borrow equipment from the Disabled Student Programs and Services, a student must provide the office with documentation verifying his/her disability. DSPS provides equipment that is appropriate to each individual’s disability as determined by the DSPS counselor or DSPS director.
The STUDENT EQUIPMENT/BOOKS ON CD LOAN AGREEMENT form located on the DSPS site must be completed in order to borrow equipment or CDs. Equipment is loaned for the semester. It MUST be returned to the DSPS office at the end of the semester unless prior arrangements are made. The student is responsible for the care of the equipment, and it is expected that the equipment borrowed will be returned to the DSPS office in the same condition that it was loaned.
