The Admissions and Records Office will provide information regarding a student’s records upon written student request. The first two requests for transcripts and/or verifications of enrollment are free of charge, however, a $3.00 processing fee is charged for regular processing of each additional request. We provide a special handling service for an additional $5.00 per copy ($8.00 total per copy). This guarantees your request will be processed by 11:00 a.m. the next business day.

There are three ways to request verification:

1. In-person – you may come in-person to request a verification of enrollment and/or degree. However, we do not offer on demand services. You may opt to pay the special handling fee so that your request will be processed by the next business day, or we can mail it upon request. Photo identification is required at the time the request if made.

2. Via Mail - You can request your verification by mail by writing a letter and mail it with the appropriate fees to:

If requesting by mail, make sure your request includes your name, ID number, date of birth and the specific information you are asking us to verify. It is also helpful to provide contact information in case there is a problem with your request.

If requesting by FAX, make sure your request includes your name, ID number, date of birth and specific information you are asking us to verify. It is also helpful to provide contact information in case there is a problem with your request. Please provide your Credit Card information, including expiration date for payment processing.
