You must be officially enrolled in the Computer Science class to use this form.  (If you are petitioning, you must wait till you officially enroll to use this form.)

If you are enrolled in more than one of any Computer Science class listed below, you only need to click one of them and submit your email once.

If you have satisfied the conditions above, click on the class section number (or CRN) you are officially enrolled in to submit your email so you can receive information on how to obtain copies of the software.
