Dia de los Muertos Altar-Building Workshop
The PUENTE Program, PUENTE Club, and the Intercultural Program invite you to build a shoebox altar for your loved one who has passed on. There will be plenty of materials to decorate your altar, just bring in your shoebox and pictures.
We encourage you to bring in items of decoration that remind you of your deceased loved one. Examples include: A favorite candy, scented candles, magazine cut-outs of the fashion in which they dressed, sports memorabilia, etc.
Help to turn this into a family project and make more than one!
