Step 1: Register and get approved
- Go to https://www.collegecentral.com/gwc
- Select get started.
- Complete Employer Registration form, scroll down and select.
- Once approved by our office, you will receive an email notification asking that you activate your account and then begin posting.
- College Central approval process can take 2-5 days, approximately.
- Expect two emails following the creation of your profile: a welcome email and an activation email after you initially create the profile.
Step 2: Access your Create College Central Network (CCN) Account, once approved
- Directly after clicking on the activation link you will see your username and will need to insert your password (the password created during step 1).
- From your account page, you may: update or review registration information and post a new job.
- On your dashboard, you will see various headers, select job board.
- Once on the job board page, select “post new job”.
Step 3: Post a New Job
- Give plenty of details to make your post attractive to students and alumni. You may cut-and-paste job descriptions. If posting part-time jobs, please list hours required. Post salary/ hourly wage for all posts.
- Please list the city or area where the job is located to aid the jobseekers.
- Be sure to list an email address in the contact information to receive resumes via the system. This also helps us track students resume submissions
- Your job post will be approved by a GWC Career Center Representative.
Once you have posted a job you can Post, Edit, Repost, or Expire Job Postings
- Post new job opportunities- it's unlimited and free.
- Edit job posting as needed.
- Repost expired jobs if they are still open or become open again.
- Expire jobs when they have been filled, so they come off view.
