Start Your Application for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Examination 

Group Registrations will need advanced approval from the Regional Testing Center. If you are a CNA training facility seeking group registration, please contact us  by email at rtc@cccd.edu.

Application Process

STEP 1: The applicant submit an online application above. Information collected in the online application has similar content that is on the Initial Nurse Assistant Application (283B form signed by the RN in charge of their training in Blue Ink) or the Approval Letter from CDPH (932 form).

Applicants must upload a completed and signed 283-B or CDPH 932 form with their test application. 

 ⇒

Applicants will declare if the registration is an initial exam or repeate exam #2 and/or #2 on the drop-down menu.

Applicants will submit the application to register.

 ⇒

RTC will review and approve or deny the application within 3-4 business days.

 ⇒

STEP 2: After approval from RTC, the applicant will select a test date, time, and location.

 ⇒

Test Payment is completed via an electronic payment process using debits and major credit cards. 

 ⇒

Applicants will receive a confirmation email with registration ID#, testing information, test location, date, time, and payment receipt.
