Student clubs and organizations are governed by the Inter-Club Council (ICC), which meets every other week during the Fall and Spring semester to conduct business, provide training for club officers, and promote inter-club collaboration.
Meetings are chaired by Jonathan Dao, Vice President of Club Affairs. For the Fall 2023 semester, ICC will meet every other Tuesday at 3PM inside the Learning Resource Center, Room 250, starting September 10th. The ICC official business meeting starts at 3:00 PM, but club reps are encouraged to show up at 2:30 PM for networking with other club leaders.

ICC Co-Sponsorship Request
Student clubs and organizations may request co-sponsorship from the Inter-Club Council for events and activities. Funds must be used for on-campus activities and approved conferences. Only groups with an active status may be considered for co-sponsorship, and no student group may receive more than $500.00 per semester. Priority will be given to proposals that meet the following criteria:
All approved co-sponsored requests must include the ICC and ASGWC logos on marketing materials and must publicize the event at least one week in advance. A follow-up report must be submitted to ICC following the event.
The ICC Co-Sponsorship form is available online; please click on the Student Clubs & Organizations sidebar on the left-hand side of this page to access club forms. A representative from the requesting group will be required to present the proposal once the request has been placed on an ICC meeting agenda. Groups will be given a minimum of one-weeks notice to present.
