How to check your Financial Aid Status
- Log in to your myGWC account.
- Once logged in, select the Financial Aid tab located on the left hand side of the page
- The Financial Aid tab will only appear if you have completed a Financial Aid application
- Select the link that says View My Financial Aid Status
- You will then need to select the correct award year from the drop down menu
- After you select the correct award year, it will show your 'Home' tab and any completed or incomplete items on your financial aid file
- You will need to make sure that ALL of the requirements are completed in order for us to review your file
- After you complete all the requirements, please check your student email consistently for any correspondence from our office
If you do not have any outstanding requirements, then we are currently reviewing your Financial Aid file and will send additional correspondence to your student email.
