In its commitment to increase transfer and degree and certificate attainment, the California Community Colleges Board of Governors has established a performance measurement system that tracks student success at all 113 community colleges.
The Student Success Scorecard is a performance measurement system created by the California Community Colleges Board of Governors. The data available includes the profile of the college, cohort tracking of students by basic skills metrics, completion metrics and CTE metrics. Data is further broken down by gender, age and ethnicity/race.

Data Mart is managed by the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office and provides information about students, courses, student services, outcomes and faculty and staff. The emphasis of a data mart is to answer the questions of administrators, educators, parents, students, state leaders, and professional organizations.
